Minimum System Requirements
Note that RAM (Random Access Memory) is different from storage space (usually HD [hard drive] or SSD [solid state drive]), although both are frequently identified by the same unit (GB).

The following are the minimum required system specifications to access all features on the LMS:

Windows devices (including Surface tablets):

Mac devices (does NOT include iPads):

Chromebooks (does NOT include other tablets):

Mobile Devices not listed above that may function properly, but are not yet supported (iPad, Galaxy Tab, Fire, etc.):

Popup Blockers

In order to view content at scorm.learnamatrol.com, popups must be allowed for the site. If you see a red X System Requirement Met next to "Popups" under the list of System Requirements, a program is blocking popups on the site.

Missing System Requirements - Popups Blocked

Browsers typically have a native popup blocker that must be changed to allow popups from scorm.learnamatrol.com. If popups are still being blocked after adjusting the necessary settings, look for any additional applications (such as toolbars) that the browser may be running. Applications such as Google Taskbar contain popup blockers of their own which will also need to be adjusted to allow scorm.learnamatrol.com. When all popup blockers have been set to allow scorm.learnamatrol.com, the red X next to "Popups" will change to a green checkmark.

Ad Blockers

The LMS neither serves nor links to ads of any type.

Some users have experienced certain graphics in our content being blocked by Ad Blocking software. This is most likely due to the filename containing the letters "ad" along with numbers and symbols. Since we do not serve or link to any ads of any kind, it is completely safe to add this site (scorm.learnamatrol.com) to the list of sites excluded from blocking in your Ad Blocking software.

To add this site (scorm.learnamatrol.com) to a list of trusted sites within your Ad Blocking software, please reference the program's documentation. The program may refer to this as a "whitelist".

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they describe your legal rights and obligations. This agreement shall become effective as of the date of (1) your electronic signature on or acceptance of this agreement, (2) the activation of your account or (3) your receipt of an e-mail from Amatrol confirming your order; whichever happens first.

SECTION 2: CHANGE OF TERMS

2.1 Changes in Terms. The Terms of Use may be changed without notice. Your continued use of this Amatrol e-Learning website ("Site") after the Terms of Use are changed indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the new Terms of Use, then discontinue your use of this Site.

SECTION 3: ALTERATION OF SITE

3.1 Alteration of the Site. Amatrol may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, aspect, or services ("Service") available through this Site at any time. Amatrol may alter the availability of any feature of this Site, or Service related to any feature of this Site, at any time. Amatrol may add, remove, or modify any software, material, information, communications, text, graphics, links, electronic art, animations, audio, video, photos, or other data ("Content") of this Site, including that of third parties, at any time.

SECTION 4: SERVICE

4.1 Site Availability. Amatrol uses reasonable efforts to maximize Site availability. The Site may be shut down, rebooted, or modified in an emergency if it is deemed necessary to prevent security breaches or operations failures (including, but not limited to viruses, worms, date bombs, time bombs, or denial of service attacks). This may require loss of user access to the Site for a period of time, but such protective action will constitute scheduled downtime.

4.2 On-line Access. Each user will receive a username and password to the Site. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames and passwords and for restricting access to their data. The user accepts responsibility for all activity that occurs under their username or password and such activity shall be deemed to be by the user. To obtain full access to the Site, users may be required to supply additional personal information. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information and agree to provide Amatrol with any updates to that information promptly after such changes occur.

4.3 Hardware, Bandwidth, and Plug-in requirements. Hardware and plug-in requirements are available to users on the Site login page via the "view system requirements" link at https://scorm.learnamatrol.com/common/sysreq.php.

Hardware and plug-in requirements for any Content that you upload or otherwise make available ("User Content") are the responsibility of the User Content provider.

Administration level access to the computer's operating system may be required to successfully download required plug-ins.

SECTION 5: PRIVACY

5.1 Information Collected. Amatrol gathers information about all users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access most often. Amatrol automatically logs IP addresses, session information, and other data which tracks users' access to the Services. These logs are analyzed for the aggregate trends they reveal about our customers and how the customers use the Site; not for the behaviors of individual users.

5.2 Purposes of Data Collection. Amatrol requests personal information for purposes such as the provision of customer service and support and billing.

5.3 Amatrol's Usage of Personal Data. The personal information you supply to Amatrol will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of Amatrol and its agents, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to 1) comply with legal process, 2) enforce the Terms of Use, 3) respond to claims that any content provided by using the Services violates the rights of third parties, or 4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Amatrol, its users, or the public.

Amatrol may use aggregated personal information to determine the demographic composition of our user base and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about Amatrol. This aggregate information does not identify specific users.

5.4 Access to Your Information. Amatrol offers users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration. Users may change this information at any time and as often as necessary by choosing the "edit my information" option or other similar functionality offered on the Site.

5.5 Security. All of your personal information is stored on servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT

6.1 Reservation of Rights and Ownership. Amatrol reserves all rights not expressly granted to users in this Terms of Use. The Site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Amatrol owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Site.
