After opening the quiz interface, a warning screen similar to the one below will appear.
This warning informs the testing user that once the assessment is started, they must finish the assessment. It also informs the user of the number of questions in the assessment. The user has the choice to move forward and take the assessment or close the window.
Clicking the Begin Assessment button will take them to a screen similar to the one below.
There are several features to note on the assessment screen. The left-hand side of the screen shows you the Questions overview. Here you can navigate to a question by clicking it. You will also see the status of each question. Questions can be answered, skipped, or flagged. As shown in the picture below, an answered question is highlighted green, skipped questions have no highlight, the current question you are viewing is highlighted blue, and flagged questions are marked by a red flag.
As you navigate through the assessment, you can choose to skip a question by clicking the Next button. As you can see in the example above, Question 3 and Question 4 were skipped.
You may also flag the question by clicking the Flag button, which turns the question flag red. Flagging the question is a helpful way to remind you to revisit the question prior to submitting your results.
The Next and Previous buttons allow you to navigate to any question in the assessment. The Reset button allows you to reset the question to Incomplete.
To get an overview of each question, click the Go to Overview button below the Next and Previous buttons.
The Overview page displays the status of each question as Answered or Incomplete. If a question was flagged, a red "Flagged" tag will appear next to the question status. You can click on a question number or status to jump to that question.
Once you are happy with your answers, click the Submit Assessment button on the Overview page to complete the assessment. A warning box will appear asking you to confirm your decision to submit your results. If you have not answered all of the questions, the warning box will remind you that there are unanswered questions.
Clicking the OK button will bring you to the results screen shown below.
In the picture above, notice the Pre-Quiz Review. For both quizzes and pre-quizzes, you will find the number of questions, correct and incorrect responses, your grade, the date taken, and the time taken to complete the assessment. Additionally, if you missed any questions on a quiz or scored a 75% or higher on a pre-quiz, you will see a list of suggested questions or areas to review.
If you are experiencing issues passing your grade to your organization's LMS, you may need to add Amatrol LMS2.0 to your browser's whitelist.
